Praise Report October 2007

Dear Beloved,

Warm greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

I am very thankful to our God for your prayers and your encouragement that I am healed and have strength so that I could travel to Punjab and do God’s work for His glory even in my painful wound. It is recovering slowly and I believe it will be healed soon. 2 Corinthians 4:8,9.

God used me in Kasur area from 25-28 October where I preached in Convention, Seminar and Sunday Service including especial meetings with seekers and new believers. From this wonderful occasion there were about 500 people who came to Christ through the teachings that God gave them from His word. Two of those are belonging to Muslims and there were other seekers to whom I could meet and shared with them from God’s word during the Seminar. During these 4 days we also had God’s given great opportunity to distribute about 10000 tracts and booklets among the gentiles.

We got very positive feedback from many of those who received the message and read from the tracts. I was so surprising to receive about 155 phone calls on next day from the gentiles to whom there was so good discussions about Bible. Most of them asked many questions to understand Christian faith and I explained to them from God’s word. They were looking for the truth and I believe that the Word of God is always winning the souls it never wastes. People talked about Bibles and they requested for Bibles. I had some copies of the Bible with me so I gifted them to very serious and hunger seekers. One of them was kissing Bible and was weeping to see it. He said he never saw the Bible before. I thanked God for them and prayed with them.

This was so wonderful and unforgettable event for me to have such wonderful time to do God’s work.

I also went to different other places to meet with other people and Christian leaders. I had great time with them to worship and pray with them.

I request you to pray for those who need to learn more deeply the Word of God and pray that God lead them by His Holy Spirit to grow in their faith so that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord & Savior and get eternal life.
